The Company was incorporated under the name and style of "Winro Commercial (India) Limited" as a Public limited company on January 15, 1983 vide Certificate of Registration No. 35688 of 1983 issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal with its registered office at 15, Chittaranjan Avenue, 4th Floor, Kolkata - 700 072. The company was issued a Certificate for Commencement of Business pursuant to section 149(3) of the Act on January 24, 1983 by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The registered office of the company had been shifted with effect from 19.10.2006 to K.K. Chambers, 4th Floor, Sir P. T. Road, Fort, Mumbai 400 001.The Company had shifted its Registered Office at the present address w. e. f. 17.8.2009.

The Equity shares of the company are listed on BSE Ltd. The company has voluntarily delisted its Equity shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange w.e.f. .26th September, 2016.
